Bay City residents may find their water discolored in the next couple of weeks as the water distribution department flushes water mains. Flushing takes place from 7 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. weekdays, weather permitting, beginning at Wilder Road and moving south each day. Even when discolored, the water is safe to drink.
